Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, as outlined below.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our website menu and product offerings, the following items are non-returnable:
- Denim: Due to the personalized nature of denim products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
- Shorts: Shorts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, including all original tags and packaging.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Exchanges will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
