At Grami Jean Shop, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items are non-returnable:
- Denim: Due to the personalized nature of denim products, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective.
- Shorts: Final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) with all original tags and packaging.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Exchanges will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
